Fabulous Nagasaki, the site of the dropping of an Atomic Bomb in WWII is now one of the most vibrant and accessible cities in Japan.
Surrounded by mountains, this city has a protected inlet for ships and yachts to dock in. We will be given a private tour of the somber museum, followed by a walk through the Peace Park and Remembrance Hall.
You will have the opportunity to wander the streets of Nagasaki in the afternoon with a stop at the Japan famous Spectacles Bridge.
In the evening visit the Glover Gardens, home of Madam Butterfly and enjoy a private concert by local opera singers in this beautiful setting.
We can also visit to the ruined Gunkanjima “Battleship Island”, made famous by the James Bond Movie “Skyfall”.
The Nagasaki Port a natural harbor that is surrounded by mountains on three sides. It opened in 1571, and developed through trading with foreign countries since the olden times.
Nagasaki Peace Park the monumentand museum speaks of peace, hope and sheer resilience.
