The countryside around Mount Fuji and Hakone is stunningly beautiful.
This is a perfect chance to be picked up by helicopter and take in the scenery by air. The Hakone Pass, step back in time to the site of the old Tokaido Road, well known by the feet of Samurai marching between East and West Japan.
At Mount Fuji. Pay your respects to “Fujisan” by visiting the 5th station which is at the tree line, 7,500ft altitude, and observing the Shinto shrine dedicated to Princess Konohanasakuya, the Shinto deity of Mount Fuji. Finally a flight around the summit and surrounding lakes of Fuji to see this famous mountain in all its detail.
